Rhythm and Timing
Master Mushahi [one of the greatest samurai of ancient Japan) speaks on
the same and differences of timing and rhythm. I think I understand much
of the differences. Rhythm is about flowing naturally, with your heart,
mind, body, soul, surroundings, to naturally flow in that zen state,
where you flow in the eternal mu of the tao of shunyata. Timing is the
correct action that needs to be taken place at the moment, in order to
have greater rhythm. The action or the no action. This restores harmony.
I have been practicing it, and it should be applied in everything we
do, as a way of life. A state of being. Bless it be everyone
